Every wedding you shoot, you already recommend the right things. Now it pays.

This agreement is between Grain ("Grain," "we") and the business identified at signup ("Partner," "you"), and takes effect when you accept it during signup.

1. What this program is

Grain's Partner Program lets registered businesses refer customers to Grain in exchange for commission on resulting purchases. This agreement covers only that referral relationship. It does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or exclusivity relationship between us.

2. Eligibility

This program is open to registered businesses only. By accepting this agreement, you confirm that:

• You are acting as a registered business, not as an individual consumer

• The business name, country, and tax or business registration number you provided at signup are accurate

• You will notify Grain if any of this information changes

3. Your referral link and code

Grain will issue you a unique referral link and code. You may share these however you choose (your website, printed materials, direct communication with clients, social media), subject to Section 6 below. You may not misrepresent your relationship to Grain, and you may not bid on Grain's brand terms in paid search advertising.

4. Commission

• You earn 25% of the one-time payment a referred customer makes for their first paid Grain event, where that customer's purchase is attributed to your link or code.

• Free-tier signups generate no commission, as no payment occurs.

• Commission does not apply to purchases you make on your own account using your own link or code.

• If a referred customer's payment is refunded under Grain's standard refund policy, no commission is payable on that transaction. If commission was already marked payable, it will be reversed.

5. Payment terms

• Commission accrues as pending upon a referred purchase, and becomes payable once the associated refund window has closed.

• Payable commission is paid monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold of €25 (or the equivalent in your local currency, if applicable). Balances below this threshold roll forward to the next month.

• You authorize Grain to issue self-billed invoices on your behalf for each payout, referencing this agreement. You may review each self-billed invoice and must notify Grain within 14 days if you dispute its accuracy.

• You are responsible for determining and meeting your own tax obligations arising from commission received, including any tax treatment specific to your country and business structure.

6. Conduct

You agree not to:

• Make false or misleading claims about Grain's product or pricing

• Refer purchases you know to be fraudulent or made on your own behalf through disguised accounts

• Use spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive practices to generate referrals

7. Privacy

You will not have access to personal details of couples or hosts referred through your link, only referral status and event tier. Grain handles all customer data per its standard privacy policy.

8. Term and termination

This agreement continues until either party ends it. You may stop participating at any time; existing payable commission at the time of termination will still be paid out per Section 5. Grain may suspend or terminate your participation for breach of Section 6, or for any reason with notice, without affecting commission already earned and payable.

9. Changes

Grain may update commission rates, payout terms, or this agreement with notice. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the update. Updates apply going forward only; they do not retroactively change what you agreed to for past commission already earned.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Liability

Grain's liability under this agreement is limited to unpaid commission properly earned under its terms. Grain is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your participation in the program.
