FOR WEDDING PLANNERS
Your couples get the whole night back. You choose how involved you are.
Grain turns every guest at a wedding into a camera, sealed until the couple opens it together. You can simply recommend it and step away, or run it yourself under your own brand across every wedding you plan.

GOLDEN HOUR

EVENING

THE PROBLEM
You plan the whole day. The couple remembers four hours of it.
The photographer leaves after the first dance. What happens next lives on forty phones and dies in a group chat. Couples come back to you weeks later asking whether anyone got the late night, the table they never sat at, the thing their uncle said. Grain is the part of the day you can hand over without adding a supplier to manage.
TWO WAYS IN
Recommend it, or run it. Both are real.
Most planners start by recommending Grain and move to running it once they have seen a reveal. There is no wrong order.
PATH ONE
Recommend it
You point the couple to Grain. They set up and pay for their own event. You get a share of what they spend, and nothing lands on your plate.
- No dashboard, no setup, no support burden
- The couple is the customer, not you
- One link, tracked automatically
PATH TWO
Run it yourself
One monthly membership covers unlimited weddings, starting before the wedding day. You send the save the date, track every RSVP, set every event up, control what the couple sees, and your name is on the gallery.
- Save the date and RSVP, handled from day one
- Unlimited events on one dashboard
- White label galleries under your brand
- Editorial control before the reveal
PATH ONE
Recommend it and step away.
This is the version with no operational weight. You mention Grain the way you mention a florist, the couple takes it from there, and you are credited for the introduction.
Step 1
Share your link
You get a personal link when you join. Put it in your welcome pack, your vendor list, or a single message to the couple.
Step 2
The couple sets up their own event
They choose their guest count, pay for their own event, and run it from their own account. You are not in the middle of it.
Step 3
You get credited
The referral is tracked and a share of what they spend comes back to you. You can see every referral in one place.
Commission rates and payout terms are being finalised. The current terms are always shown on the partner program page.

Run it yourself, under your own name.
The same membership our photographers and studios use. Unlimited weddings, one dashboard, and a gallery that looks like it came from your studio rather than from a tool.
You set this up on their behalf, they experience it as their own invitation.
SAVE THE DATE & RSVP
The invitation, from save-the-date to 'I'll be there.'
Your one Grain link starts as a save-the-date, counting down to the day. When you're ready, it opens for RSVP. Guests confirm they're coming, add plus-ones, and answer anything you ask. On the day, the same link becomes their camera. You track every reply and your headcount from one place.
Make it yours. Your cover, your headline, your subtitle, your signature, your thank-you message, your accent colour. The RSVP screen matches your event, not our branding.

Want a reminder when RSVP opens?
Love, Lisa and Tom
One link. RSVP now, capture on the day.
Before the day
Guests can opt in for a reminder the moment RSVP opens.
One toggle per event. Guests take it from there.
A game inside the night
Turn capturing into a game.
Every guest gets their own card of moments to catch: the first dance, a candid laugh, grandparents dancing. They watch their tiles fill live as they capture, one shot at a time.
Only they see their own card fill. The collective view stays sealed. Not even the couple or the host see everyone's moments until the reveal. Playful in the moment, still a surprise at the end.
The card adapts to the event, so the prompts always fit the night, wedding, birthday, party, festival, or something else.

A quiet moment
Only you see your card. The full night stays sealed until the reveal.
Raise a toast to Emma & Lucas
The part everyone misses
The toasts you never get to keep.
Speeches end. Someone always says the perfect thing and nobody catches it. With Grain, guests record a 20 second toast right from the QR code. No app, no camera roll. Every message stays sealed with the rest of the night, and you hear them all for the first time at the reveal.
One dashboard, unlimited weddings
Every event you plan lives in one place. Set up next season in an afternoon and reuse the same QR cards across all of them.
White label galleries
Your logo, your name on the reveal. The couple shares that gallery with everyone they know, and it carries your studio, not ours.
Editorial control before the reveal
You see the full roll before anyone else does. Remove what should not be there, order what should lead, and hand over something curated.
Verified Event Mode
For weddings where who is in the room matters. Guests are verified before they can capture, and nothing reaches the gallery unreviewed.
Nothing on screens during the night
No live slideshow, on purpose. Guests do not perform for a wall, and the couple opens the whole night once, together.
Full refund before you download your photos. Once they are yours, the sale is final.
WHICH ONE IS YOU
The honest difference.
A deliberate choice
Why there is no live slideshow in Grain
Some apps show every guest photo on a big screen during the party. We built the opposite on purpose. When photos appear on a screen in real time, guests start curating. The unguarded, funny, real moments stop getting captured, and the couple has already seen everything before the night is even over.
Grain keeps every photo sealed until the reveal. Nobody edits themselves, nobody peeks, and the couple gets to open the whole night together, once, as a gift.
A live wall is entertainment for the party. A sealed reveal is a memory for after it.
Want live photos on venue screens during the reception? Then Grain honestly is not your app. That is the trade we chose.
QUESTIONS
Frequently asked
If I refer a couple, am I responsible when something goes wrong?
No. On the referral path the couple is our customer. They set the event up, they pay us, and they contact us directly. You are credited for the introduction and nothing else lands on you.
Can I charge my couples for this if I run it myself?
Yes. On the membership you pay us monthly and the couple never sees a Grain invoice. Some planners build it into the package, some bill it as a line item. That is your call and your margin.
Can I switch from referring to running it later?
Yes, and most planners do exactly that. Referring costs nothing and is a fair way to see a real reveal before you commit to a monthly plan.
Does this compete with the photographer I booked?
No, and it should not be sold as if it does. A photographer makes the images the couple frames. Grain gathers the six hours nobody was paid to cover. Planners who introduce it that way get no friction from photographers.
What do guests have to install?
Nothing. They scan a QR code and everything runs in the browser. No app, no account, no sign up, on any phone.
Is the save the date sealed like everything else?
No, on purpose. The reveal is what stays sealed, the invite isn't. A save the date and an RSVP need to be seen right away or they don't do their job. Only the night itself, the photos, videos, voices, and toasts, stays hidden until you choose to open it.
Is there a live slideshow during the reception?
No, deliberately. Photos stay sealed until the couple opens them. Live screens make guests curate themselves and spoil the reveal, so we chose the reveal.
Pick the version that fits how you work.
Recommending it costs nothing and takes one message. Running it takes a plan and gives you the brand and the control.
