FOR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS
Your coverage ends at ten. The night does not.
Grain is the second layer under your professional work. Guests scan a QR code and capture photos, short video, voice notes and 20 second toasts all night. Everything stays sealed until the couple opens the gallery, auto enhanced, with your studio branding on the reveal.

THE PROBLEM
Every package has an end time. The couple's memory does not.
Your eight hours end after the first dance. Then comes the part the couple will talk about for years: the dance floor at midnight, the last toast, the taxi goodbyes. None of it is your job to shoot, but all of it ends up as a gap in their memory of the day, scattered across guest phones. Grain fills that gap without touching your work.

Grain starts working the moment guests arrive and keeps going after you pack up.
HOW IT WORKS
Built to sit under your work, never beside it.
Step 1
Different product, different shelf
Guest phone snapshots and professional photography are not the same product and the couple knows it. Grain collects the candid guest layer: the angles from inside the party. Your album stays the centerpiece. Nothing in a sealed guest roll competes with a delivered gallery.

Step 2
Your brand on the second reveal
Weeks before your edited gallery is ready, the couple opens their Grain roll with every guest watching. Your studio name sits on that reveal. Every guest at every wedding sees who the photographer was, at the exact emotional peak of the morning after.

Step 3
Raw material for your reels
Short guest clips, voice notes and 20 second toasts become behind the scenes material for your social content, with the couple's permission. The guests generate B roll all night while you shoot the real work.

Second shooters, on cue
A card of moments, in every guest's pocket
Bingo turns guests into a light second shooter layer. Each guest gets a small card of reportage-adjacent moments to catch: the first look, a candid laugh, grandparents on the dancefloor. The exact angles a single photographer can't be everywhere for at once. Each guest plays their own card live. The collective gallery stays sealed under your studio branding until the couple's reveal. The card adapts to the event type.
WHY GRAIN
A line item, not a competitor.
Package it and keep the margin
Photographers add Grain to their packages as a guest capture option at 100 to 200 euro. It costs a fraction of that on the professional plan. One line on your price list, pure margin, zero extra shooting time.
One plan across all your weddings
The professional plan covers every event you run with one subscription: your branding on every gallery, and a command center to manage each wedding from one place.
You stay in control of the frame
The guest facing QR card is neutral and unbranded, so it never clashes with the couple's stationery or your aesthetic. Your branding appears where it counts: on the revealed gallery.
Your own product, not someone else's
With white label branding you are not selling a third party app. The couple sees your studio name on the reveal. You sell your own premium add on, and no other photographer in your region offers it.
Do the math yourself
Grain is not a cost on your budget. It is a line on your price list that comes back every month.

QUESTIONS
Frequently asked
Does this cannibalize my album or print sales?
No. Guest snapshots and professional photography are different products at different quality levels, and couples buy them for different reasons. If anything, the guest roll makes the gap in quality visible and reminds the couple why they hired you.
Who owns the guest photos?
The couple owns their gallery. You arrange any content reuse, for example clips for your reels, directly with them, and Grain makes sharing simple once they agree.
How do I add Grain to my packages?
Most photographers list it as a guest capture add on at a fixed price, or include it in their top package as a differentiator. You run it from your professional dashboard, the couple never needs to set anything up.
What does it cost me per wedding?
Reverse the question: what does it earn you? The professional plan is a fixed monthly fee across all your events. Charge your couples 100 to 200 euro per wedding for guest capture, and from the first or second wedding of the month you are profitable, every next wedding is margin. Use the calculator above with your own numbers.
Open the earnings calculatorI have a high and low season. Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. Pause during your low season and pick back up when bookings return. While paused, all your galleries, reveals and studio branding stay live for your couples, you just cannot start new events. No cancellation, no data loss, email us and it is done.
Do guests need an app, and does it work at venues with bad wifi?
No app, everything runs in the browser from a QR scan. Capture is saved on the guest's phone and uploads when the connection returns, so weak venue wifi never loses a moment.
